Seth Yudof is the founder of UD Factory.
Yudof earned his Ivy League engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and then went on to travel the world over the next nine years as a performer. With long-time business partner Douglas Leferovich, he co-founded Masquerade Productions, an entertainment production company specializing in large-scale theatrical productions, international specialty acts, and custom- designed visual and magical effects.
Seth Yudof has worked in virtually every aspect of entertainment, from on-camera talent and on-stage performer to producer/director/designer to manager to nightlife venue operator. Some specific credits:
• Has produced and consulted on numerous variety and musical productions for Rio, Tropicana, Las Vegas Hilton, Imperial Palace, and Luxor in Las Vegas, and for Resorts Atlantic City, Harrah’s Atlantic City, Tropicana, Atlantic City Hilton and the Sands in Atlantic City.
• Served as the lead designer for the magic illusion for rapper Jay-Z on his world tour; creative consultant for “Wayne Newton-Once Before I Go” at the Tropicana Casino in Las Vegas, and “Human Nature” at the Imperial Palace; and a member of a hand-picked team that vanished the Tower Bridge in London for a BBC television special.
• Brokered the deals to place Broadway touring productions of “Hairspray,” “ The Producers” and “The Wedding Singer” at Harrah’s Atlantic City in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
• Masterminded CatHouse Restaurant & Ultra Lounge inside the Luxor.
• Co-produces Almost Angels, the longest running nightlife entertainment concept in Atlantic City history, currently appearing at the Taj Mahal.

A graduate of the UNLV hotel administration and entertainment management programs, Fueston has produced concerts for headlining acts, such as Busta Rhymes, Naughty By Nature, Bone Thugs & Harmony, and Face to Face. In his former position, he was General Manager of an entertainment company with over 250 employees and was involved in producing more than 20 shows.

As a drummer, writer, producer and musical director, he has been involved in and responsible for multi-million dollar projects for major recording artists including Chris Brown, Ricky Martin, Ringo Starr, Rodney Jerkins, Boys Don’t Cry, Jermaine Stewart, Lil’ Wayne, T-Pain, Savage Garden, Big Boi (Outkast),Rihanna,Bang Tango and many others. Working in the music and entertainment industry since 1985 as a musician, sound and lighting engineer, and stage technician, Jazz has been the Lead Sound Engineer for MGM Grand Adventures Theaters, Smokin Hot Aces nightclub at The Venetian, and Blue Martini nightclub in Las Vegas. He worked behind the scenes with numerous production shows in Las Vegas, including EFX with David Cassidy, EFX Alive with Rick Springfield, Michael Flatley’s Lord Of The Dance, Jay Leno Live at the MGM Grand, Showgirls Of Magic, and many others.

Lani started working in the business at the age of 15. Known as a jack of all trades (“The Swiss Army Knife”), she has held down many positions in all parts of the industry, which lends to her ability to be thrown in to any situation and pull off the impossible. She’s toured with bands, managed a record label, produced shows, worked at film festivals including the most infamous Sundance Film Festival, managed bands, worked award shows like the Billboard awards and the Radio Music Awards, and worked with everyone from Gwen Stefani to Gnarls Barkley. Her strong relationships with many A-listers are among the many assets that Lani continues to bring to the table helping push our company forward. She has been a guiding force behind 100 Monkeys for years.

After attending Baylor University for radio/TV/film, Melinda Fator immediately put her knowledge to use in work on feature films, music videos, and television shows. She has worked with artists in many facets, including sound engineering, business and personal management, public relations, advertising, and production in markets ranging from fairs, festivals, and corporate events, to casinos, film and television.

Will Schmidt has been working in the entertainment industry for over 10 years. Originally based in New York, he worked as a professional actor/dancer on Broadway. During his time off, he began making music videos for his musician friends in New York and soon fell in love with film making. These videos created a very positive buzz for the artists, so he packed up and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his new found passion. While in Los Angeles, Will wrote/directed commercials for online marketing campaigns, several webseries and a myriad of music videos. His work has been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live, MTV, MTV.com, Entertainment Tonight, The Seven, Access Hollywood and the front page of YouTube. Last year, Will traveled the world as the official documentarian for the band 100 Monkeys. Will also directed Fender’s first live-streaming event and has worked with them on several projects, including the Fender Music Lodge, and he was the official videographer for the Associated Press gifting suite for Sundance Film Festival. Will is also a black belt in Karate, and he raps and break dances in his spare time.
