Jami Pomerleau

Jami was born in Seattle, Washington but has called Las Vegas her home since 1980. Always passionate about singing from a young age, she began performing in Las Vegas lounges the day after her family moved to town. Only 16 at the time, she had to hide backstage until her performance because she was too young to sit in the casino. Since then, she has worked in all facets of the entertainment industry, from the tour merchandising side for Barry Manilow, Diana Ross, and Melissa Manchester, to being a lead vocalist performing all over with her own band. Currently, she sings background vocals nationwide for the multi-talented entertainer Earl Turner, as well as for international recording artist Martin Nievera.

Behind the Scenes:

In her spare time, she enjoys remodeling projects in her home, watching great movies, working out at her neighborhood gym, and whipping up a batch of her famous “Slap Yo Sista Salsa” for friends. ¬†Jami is the very proud mom of twin daughters, architect in training-writer-photographer Colette, graphic designer-book author-artist Meggyn, and son Landon, who is a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
