John Good

Associate Producer, Business Development

John’s first entertainment job was serving as a production assistant at the Shubert Theatre in Los Angeles. He has over 20 years of experience in developing, producing and marketing innovative live shows and exhibition experiences. He began his professional career in advertising and public relations in LA. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Advertising Federation, was a CLIO Awards judge and award recipient. He went on to hold senior marketing and development positions at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and Inner-City Arts. He was appointed by the Mayor of L.A. to serve on the Getty House Foundation Board for five years, two as President. He also served on the Arts Council for the City of Long Beach and Co-Chair of Smithsonian Week.

In 2002 he founded Exhibit IQ, a company that for thirteen years produced and toured museum exhibitions throughout North America. The company developed a number of successful shows including: Tony Hawk | Rad Science featuring the skateboarding legend, CSI: Crime Scene Insects in partnership with the hit CBS show, and Eww! What’s Eating You? that featured Vegas headliner Carrot Top. Concurrently, John served as the Executive Producer of Jetsetter Productions which launched a large scale dance musical Shag with a Twist. After a thirteen week run in LA, the show moved to Las Vegas for a year long residency. John relocated with the show. He’s now lived and worked in Las Vegas for over ten years.

During his Vegas tenure John has continued to lead his exhibit and live production companies. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Natural History Museum for seven years, four as Board Chair. He co-founded the Las Vegas Science & Technology Festival which has become the largest public educational event in Nevada with over 35,000 attendees annually. In 2012, the Nevada State Science Teachers Association and the Clark County School District awarded him Science Advocate of the Year.

Over the years, John has worked closely with Seth and UD Factory in the design of experience related projects destined for the Las Vegas Strip. As an associate producer at UD Factory, John assists with business development and marketing initiatives for UD Factory produced shows, programs, acts and artists.
